Awesome Steve.  I have a sfr in Fremont.  The Omaha market is going crazy right now.  I'm looking to expand more in the Norfolk area.

I currently have one single family dwelling and one office building with two fully renovated apartments.  I am a financial advisor and enjoy being able to invest some of my income into real estate.  I am more of a buy and hold investor.
