Thank you @Jered Sturm and others for your feedback on the UC Clifton area. I look forward to pursuing opportunities in Cincinnati area but there is definitely a lot to learn in regards to the different neighborhoods. My goal is to start by obtaining a duplex or triplex. What is your opinion on Pleasant Ridge, Oakley, and Walnut Hills area? It seems to me that there might be little opportunity for what I am looking for given that these areas are in high demand. Please let me know what you think! Thanks.

Hi investors,

I am strongly considering investing in multi-family properties in the Cincinnati and NKY area. I recently moved to the area so I am seeking advice on the hot and cold neighborhoods for multi-family homes. On another note, has anybody had any experience investing in Clifton or around UC's campus? Any information, experiences, or advice would be much appreciated! Thanks.
