Thank you @Chris K. @Dan Marriggi and @Ryan Harsche . Im from Jersey and took a drive there (wilkes barre mostly) and noticed a lot of houses for sale. Not familiar with the area at all so any recommendations on what areas are better to invest in, realtors, contractors, off market deals, someone looking for a partner etc. Need help with all of that. Thanks again.

Hi, just joined BP to add to my tool box. I own a screen printing shop (t-shirts, embroidery etc.) and am now going through the steps of getting a traditional loan. Running into speed bumps do to prove of income. I'm ready to start investing and looking forward to interacting and meeting like minded individuals in my local area.
