My only problem is I don't have the money to start and my credit was bad at this time. Is there possibility?

I knew Hawaii property was way too expensive compared to where I lived right now. But, the reason why I wanted to start there is because that's where my relatives and family members lived whome I can depend on. Also, 3 of my brothers are in the construction. They have the knowledge to fix the properties problem later on if in case. They knew a lot of people looking to a place to rent.

I think it's too risky. Any advice or suggestions.

Thank you

Hi Craig,

Thanks for your advice and yeah i just signed up for Brandon's upcoming webinar. Where can I purchase those books? any recommendation?

By the way, being a frontliners right now it's very scary and to tell you the truth it's not easy. Several of my Co-workers got the virus and few of our Residents/Patients at work. The first time we learned that, I was ready to quit my job and some of my Co-workers decided to lived because they are thinking about their safety and their families. You know what if we get infected, in fact some of them just quit that day and many of them have to rent a hotel for a couple of weeks nearby. But now thank God some of them got better.

Keep safe

Cristy

Hello Everyone, I'm back after 4 yrs...Anyways, thanks for welcoming me here. Tom Varga, You're correct If I have two jobs how can I do it. I decided to quit both of my job and started working at Nevada State veterans Home as a Nurse Assistant early this year that's why I finally have time to get educated on real estate investing. I sold my previous primary home in the northwest side of the Valley and decided to purchased one here in winchester area which is near to everything where I needed. I believed this is the location where I can get a mentor after watching Brandon on his You Tube. I watched a lot of many investor in youtube like Rich Dad poor Dad, Kris Krohn, and Graham Stephan of course also Brandon. I like the way they educate people and shared their own ways to invest.

It's me Cristy,  from las vegas nv. Currently working two jobs as a nursing assistant.  Single mom. Hope to learn something about real estate investment here that's why I decided to sign up.
