I have done both buy and hold and flip no money down many times. It is the only way I buy my own properties to keep. Good luck, it is possible.

Hi curt I’m new here I was wondering, what did you mean keeping a wholesale for yourself ? I’m still trying to learn and grasp the whole sale concept right now but essentially is the flip zero down like for example you buy a home for 110,000 and flip for 140,000 putting no money or repairs in? I apologize in advanced if the question is confusing haha

Thank you @Ryan Cox, I appreciate the warm welcome! I’m very excited for this step in my life. I know it is far from an easy path but I’m ready to take it head on and reach financial freedom!

Hi everyone!! My name is Christopher Rodriguez. I am 24 years old from York, Pennsylvania. I am a Military Police in the U.S. Air Force and currently reside in the DMV/ DC metro area. I have no real estate experience or knowledge. As of right now my short term goals are to educate myself on the business as a whole, potentially gain a friend or mentor that can teach me the ropes and that I can be an asset to them in the future, by doing so, and also build enough capital to fund my first flip or rental property by the end of this year. My long term goal, I do wish to be financially free, and have the opportunity to do real estate full time.  I wish to get my real estate licenses, build a portfolio in several markets and build a potential family firm once i gain the experience and knowledge and capital. I do understand that I have no credibility in the real estate business, but I very much so appreciate and look forward to the opportunity of networking and learning from you all. Thank you!!
