Post: INVESTORS LOOKING FOR DESIRABLE COUNTIES TO INVEST IN

If you have at least 15 counties that you have found to be desirable areas for investing based off population growth, crime rate etc - and you don't necessarily have the funds to invest yourself - is there a way you could make a small % just by telling another investor about land/lots that you have found? If so, does anyone know what this is called or how I could locate investors that do this? Thank you
@Danna Millar Thank you for your help. I will take your advise by talking to many people, trying out various strategies, and remaining consistent :-)
@Danna Millar I was looking to start of with properties to wholesale first. @Joe Villeneuve great point, thank you!
I've pretty much spent two months on researching various states and their counties; I've been looking on wholesale sites (s) everyone morning for about an hour a day for about a week, but have yet to find a good deal.
I was just curious to the average time frame it can take to find a good deal? Weeks, months...?

Hello Everyone! I am new to BiggerPockets and looking to flip land. I'd say I've checked at least 200 cities/counties from at least 3 states (flyover states and Colorado) on Bestplaces.net (employment growth, pop, crime etc) However, when I go to search land that is being sold in the counties and or cities on Zillow, I'm not finding any properties currently being sold within that county. Does this seem normal? I'm thinking I have to either research more cities and counties on bestplaces.net or reverse engineer what cities and counties to search through Zillow?
