Hi! Just joined this forum under advice from another REI group which I belong to. I recently purchased a property via auction (from private seller not Foreclosure) in North Little Rock. I connected with a local property management company and they walked the property for me, took pics, and noted issues/repairs/etc. required which I'm grateful. I also got a referral for an inspector. I am out of state and will likely fly up after closing. Some q's:

1) Besides the obvious turning on utilities, inspection...what are some other things I should coordinate prior to my visit so it goes as smooth as possible?

2) I will likely need roofer to do a separate inspection, engineer to check foundation, pest control, and a GC.  Should I get referrals on all these separately or should I follow advice from the property mgmt company and use their recommendations?

And if there are other things I haven't considered, open to hearing.

Thanks,

Crystal
