I am looking into building a Hobbit Home Village for over night rentals. Advice, I’ve never set out to do anything like this! Will banks loan on it. I’m looking at 57 acres that will have to be cleared and everything. Plus i want to be off the grid. Solar powered, well water and septic system. Any advice would help.
