Hey Crystal here, Im looking for wholesalers and investors in the Atlanta and Decatur area. Seeking to network, REI meetings, etc.

I found these two properties, both of them are in terrible condition. Non livable. A homeless guy showed me the properties hidden a wooded area,l. I couldn't find addresses, but I found them on a Google Map. I want to know the proper way to JV so I don't get screwed. I found the owners name and new address through the App LandGlide but no phone number. Is direct mail my only option?

Heyy I found 2 properties next door to each other today, both of them in terrible condition . Not livable at all. I have both of the owners name and new addresses... instead of sending direct mail is there a way I can get there phone number?

I’m new to wholesaling and I spoke to the owner yesterday. At first he wanted to go through with the cash offer, but now he wants to do Seller financing. The house is Free and clear but he wants to finance with $25,000 downpayment for 20+ years. )
