Um, HELLO...... Ok we all know that they can't legally dictate what you can or can't do with the property once you buy it. Do what you want with it. If you are affraid of trouble, then they say you can't RE-SELL the property. Hmm. Didn't say anything about an assignment. Simple remedy.

Ken B: I have been doing my letters for a couple of months & it has slowed considerably. I had about a 3% response rate & now nothing. I should ad that I am marketing for sellers & I do short sales. You are right, It is not as easy as they make it sound, but if it was, everyone would be doing it. I do make good money at it, it has just slowed down alot during this holiday season.

I am doing direct mail marketing & have noticed that recently my response ratios have dropped. Just wondering if it's the holidays? Also have found lately that alot of the brokers & agents are dropping the ball when it comes to getting me the info that I need to work deals. I have tried being overly nice, but am losing my patience. Dont know if they are arrogant or just plain lazy. I really have no time for either of these scenarios. About ready to get rid of all of them & start puting a new team together. Anyone else experiencing this? Any advise?

The only way they can take our rights is if we let it happen. I for one wont stand for it. By force if need be. I just hope there are ALOT more people in this country that are not affraid of them.

Had someone come to my house once & tried that sh@% with me. Changed his mind when the barrel of my 12 ga. was resting on his nose. Gotta love the way stupid people react when they realize that you have the means to handle your business & you just dont care about them & you are not affraid to take them out. Cops got this guy too. But I had him tied up at gun point when they got there. I found it rather ammusing myself.

They can stroke people all they want, but people are still going to lose their jobs & homes. It is unfortunate, but it does mean we will have ALOT of business for quite a while. I see retirement in my future!!!
