One year , then I'll be able to move and have my first full multifamily. I live on one side with a roommate at the moment . The other side is currently rented so I'm pretty much living here for free.

Well it helped me out a lot because I didn't have to pay a down payment. And also, I was about to make a mistake and pay 10k over the appraised value , but the VA wouldn't finance above the appraisal. Appraisal came in 10k under the asking price. The seller agreed with the terms so long story short I saved 10k.

I recently bought my first multi-family in California's Central Valley. It's a duplex and cash flowing pretty well. I'm excited and looking for more deals . Anyone Here that could offer some help or overall knowledge would be greatly appreciated
