@Michael Cai

Have it professionally inspected and hire one GC that can handle all those issues. The only exceptions need to be specialties such as plumbing and electrical.

With as much as you had replaced I’m sure you got the brunt of it. Sealing off the adjoining wall with a sheet of plastic would be the call of action when the property adjoins another. Feel free to pick my brain should you encounter another situation.

Too bad you couldn’t hit it with a heavy enzyme treatment then use an ozone machine with a very large output. Have to treat cat urine much like mold spores. I’m still new here and am still learning the rules on contact info but will coach you through whatever I can. The black light is a big help but a ULV fogger with an enzyme then later a disinfectant for good measure would be my next step. Then once that dries hit it with ozone and vacate for a while. Then deodorize for good measure and cover with kiltz and it will be good as new provided that you took up most of that drywall. I’m 100% for the little guy. The large corporate CEO that’s trying to buy his third vacation home, not so much. :)

@Erin Shine

Hey Erin be safe while traveling. I’m actually in Newberry and service both the Columbia and Greenville areas. Maybe we can link up.

Victor he has been booked up and his wife’s cancer that was in remission is back. That combined with a young son is tough. I do have a good one that may travel from Charleston to Columbia. If it’s relatively minor we handle some in house instead of relying on subs. Hope this helps some.

@Bruno Demir

Get it! Just get a good company like mine to get it where it needs to be. Some companies will even do the repairs in-house too and not sub them out which is best.

You’ve definitely had your work cut out for you and your wife. I’ve seen this too many times. When you’re ready to get the urine out and odor let me know. I’ll make sure that you get treated right. Bio cleaning is all I do now and especially with you doing most of the grunt work. Hats off to ya.

@Brian Poirrier

I can do some repairs however most are due to existing damage from water, mold or other biohazard/ crime scene cleanup related issues. Let me know if I can ever help.

@Victor Adams

I know of a good one that I’ve used in the past. However, I’ll have to check with him before I pass on his personal contact information. The other is in Charleston. I hope that you don’t need my services in biohazard/ crime scene cleanup! I’ll check with the two by lunchtime and see what they have going on.

@Joshua Israel

I’d throw my hat in for my field of biohazard cleanup and remediation. However, I’m here to help you if you ever need to pick my brain. I’ve founded a very successful maid and janitorial service that I sold years ago and would be happy to make sure that you don’t get scammed.
