How would I calculate my MAO for this. Which values do I use? The home is has 3 beds 2.5 bathrooms and is 2000 sqft. The home Estimated Value is $169,000.00 this is based off of recent home sales over a 30-day window. The Land Market Value is $18,200.00, the Market Improvement Value is $80,600.00 and the Market Value is $98,800.00 How would I Calculate this, thanks for your help.

What is the best formula to use for calculating the maximum offer for a seller on a wholesale deal?

Yes I have contingencies in in my contract. I've checked with the fees and I spoke with a buyer he made an appointment to come look at the home. He understands that the home will have to be moved and and he understands it is being sold with out the land. Would just the purchase and sale contract be enough to complete this deal
