I'm located in Rhode Island and I have a 3 family im looking to take out a HELOC on. It has an FHA mortgage on it that I no longer live in. I'm looking to take out a HELOC on the property. Doing a Refi of any sort isn't an option I'm locked in at 2.65. If anyone knows of any local credit unions or banks that will do a HELOC please let me know itbwould be greatly appreciated! 😊

hello Tony I have lived in North providence for a while now and the fruit hill area is a very nice area. I don't know if your looking for multi or not but it is rare to find a North providence multi on the market I know of a 4 unit now but it doesn't seem like the rents make sence for an investment but if you can get somthing near the  College you can rent by the room and make some good money.

The 3 family is actually my personal residence. 

Does one know a good bank in Rhode island that will give a 90% or higher LTV on a HELOC on a three family?
