Post: $100 opening bid on Auction.com

Hi Sam. This can vary by state and county. For example, in Florida, some counties require that the opening bid start at $100. In Puerto Rico, auctions start at $1.
The bank will have a reserve price known as the Est. Credit Bid, or the lowest price they are willing to accept for the property. This number is not always indicated on the Property Details Page per the seller's request but if the seller provided this number to us, it will be located toward the top of the page. Please send me a DM if you have additional questions.
Thank you!

Hi Justin. Auction.com has free learning events you can attend. If you would like to learn more, please visit their event section on Facebook: http://bit.ly/2smf6EG. Please note that we are trying to get all events added to the calendar, but as we operate in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, this is a process. If you do not see anything in your area, please let me know. I would be happy to connect you with a local team member. Thanks!
