@David M. thank you for your response! I noticed FHA required only 3.5% down and the interest rates were a bit lower than the 5% conventional I qualified for. Was just comparing costs.
Thank you! The rental is already purchased and clearing $600 per month in rent.
I’m purchasing a new primary home and was wondering if the closing costs for it were too much. Considering the amount of credits and cash contributed.
