Hello BP community!

I am looking to work with an investor for the cost of experience. What I can offer is comps. I can also list at a discount. I can help you any way you want, from researching a property to going to a property and helping out. pm me if interested.  Thanks!

Warm regards,

It is only the seller that pays the commission. As a buyers agent, I like it if my buyer is happy, because then they will refer other people.

If they are an investor, they will buy multiple properties in a year, and I might get the listing on the back end. It should be a win-win for all parties concerned.
