@John Underwood I could do it in excel, but I like the PDF version with with the additional information. In my experience, it helps to show a "pretty  picture" although the cash flow in this current deal is very easy to see.

I thought that BP had an Airbnb calculator in the tools section? Did this get removed? I'd like to do an analysis in a property and present to a partner.

Does anyone have a preferred Portfolio Lender that they would recommend? I'm looking to purchase a Rental Portfolio from someone who is retiring from the business.
