Hey Joshua... I will try to make it on Tuesday with my partner Pallavi.

Thanks.

Thanks Jim. I felt the same too, we need more experience.

We are new to real estate. A friend and I want to get into development after buying a land. And we have a few investors to build a 7-9 houses. Do you think it is too early for us to venture into something like this. Or should we get some experience in renting and flipping before we venture on this big project!

@Ken Breeze - Thank you for all the great advice. Specially about different companies for different companies for flipping, Buy and hold, and  managing. We will surely do that as soon as we are ready to diversify.

@Basit Siddiqi - Great point, thank you. Specially since we are just starting.

Thanks a ton guyz. Do we need to hire an attorney's services right now or can setup the LLC ourselves. Do you think we carry any risk of leaving something out if we go ahead and do it on our own.

Hi, We are just starting out in this business. Starting with a friend who is a real estate agent. The plan is to start with flipping houses and then move on to rental properties.

My question here is what kind of company should we establish for this business... an LLC or Limited partnership or corporation?
