Hello,

Currently living in Long Beach Ca and have a little over 20k in capital. Any idea on markets to be looking for and when to start? Also, what type of properties to invest in for first time investors?

Hello! My name is Dakari Archer I have almost no experience in real estate investing.

I’m mostly interested in wholesaling properties to build up capital to invest into long term rental properties.

I'm still trying to learn as many things as I can and sometimes get confused, but I’m hoping I can become an expert down the road.

Im hoping to be like a sponge and soak up as much information from the users on this platform. I’m excited to learn and potentially start a new phase of life!
