Good Evening Tom, I am a new wholesaler and i am beyond willing to help you. I can have a pretty good list to you in a short time if you're serious about starting.

@Andrew Easton Wow! Im glad to hear everything is going so well. I kinda did my first deal. i bought my first house and plan to rent it out at a later time, but i dont really count it yet cause i live in it lol. Are you going  to the meeting on January 10th? Id love to hear more about these amazing deals and hopefully make some of my own lol

@Andrew Easton Foreclosures are out of my league lol. I looked into SCORE and my wife's coworker actually works with them. Yeah man, hope to see you at the REIA.
@Andrew Easton Have you found a property for it? I cant find any. Congratulations on the upcoming baby and hopes to great health. Ive talked to a couple older guys about the loan and there are certain parameters that i have to account for but i think ive got it. I really want to go to the next REIA and keep checking to see when it updates. I listened to a podcast from 2016 and the guy was from wilmington but learned everything from the local REIA so now i cant stop thinking about what an advantage it could be.
@Andrew Easton Yeah same here, my wife loves her land so she keeps saying no when the house has less than one acre. I want a 4 plex to house hack. Some of the guests on the podcast are geniuses when it comes to the house hackings lol. Ive been thinking about tryijg to do something with my va loan though.
@Andrew Easton im into the same plan actually, i just want to do a couple wholesales first though, then a couple flips, then rentals. My biggest focus in the future is going to be multifamily. Thats what i thought was going on in monkey junction, its a nice area but it already hit its price increase so i dont have the money for that area right now. If you can get that perfect deal youll make off really well though. Have you looked into house hacking?

Those are going to be expensive beach homes aren't they? @Andrew Easton I'm over toward the Burgaw, Wallace area, they're cheaper and the area is going up. The gold mines are over in Leland and Jacksonville though. Leland is right outside of Wilmington's city limits so the houses are respectable prices and Jacksonville is right where the Marine bases are so you will always have people to rent the homes.

I'm doing pretty good in terms of knowing the areas but im nervous to make my first move and get out there. Sorry if i rambled lol just trying to help.

Whats up @Andrew Easton im in Wilmington too! How is everything going for you so far?
