Thank you everyone for your feedback it was a lot of help and makes me feel a lot more comfortable moving forward. One other thing I was wondering is i have heard of other military members doing flips while they were in do you think this is a smart idea or would you recommend just sticking with rentals until I get out? Also would the BRRRR strategy be a good way to go?

I'm going to be heading off to basic here soon and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what type of investment strategies would work best for when I get stationed. I have wholesaled a couple properties in my home town but I don't have a lot of experience in the investing world yet so any help would be greatly appreciated!
