@Lam Dinh I ended up working with Fathom Realty and it has been great. I would recommend reaching out to both firms and seeing which one fits your particular needs the best. Both seemed like great brokerages.

Thanks for the perspective @Patrick Britton. I agree with you that the initial training and experience would be a huge benefit.

As of now I don't plan on making this a career, or being very active since I have a full-time job. I am also fairly confident in my sales ability, and I am really interested in purchasing and selling property for myself. I have found in general, I usually have a much stronger incentive to look over details and get the best deal than someone else. Of course I would not discount the value of an experienced professional's knowledge.

Hi,

I recently passed my Washington state brokers exam and I am looking for a brokerage to hang my license in the Seattle area. As I don't expect much guidance or mentorship, I am a looking for a firm that has low monthly fees and a flat fee on transactions.

This will not be my full time job or career. I do plan on purchasing a residence for myself, and also helping friends and coworkers.

If anyone has a brokerage they can recommend, that would be appreciated. Are there are any other resources for finding a potential brokerage that I should look in to?

Thank you
