actually i have made really good profits in the michigan market. last deal we split 46k i have 5 other rehabs coming to completion avg profit will be 40k so yeah we like it when the world thinks michigan is dead so we can reap the rewards with no competition.

I am finding alot of deals but i lack the funds to purchase and rehab. the profits are big. i propose 70% for you and 30% for me. if your interested please let me know

I have the line on some lots in a new sub the owners will consign us the land tell the house sell's. all i need is the funds to build a couple model homes. There is 40 lots in the first phase. just think of the potential. the houses will sell for 279k

I am looking for a line of credit my fico is a 540 middle do to a bk in 03 i have the deals just lack the funds to purchase and rehab i would look at giving a interested party a 20% return on a 100k loan and also i would give the person helping me first interest in every property i buy so they would be protected please help asap loosing money daily becuase i have none to invest

I am a rehabber. I am looking to get access to 100k wich i plan to use to purchase rehabs with and rehab those properties. If someone was interested i would be open to terms and upto 20% in interest I Can make on average a 50% to 100% profit on every deal i do. This building will appraise for around 300k but i got a contract on it for 80k need some financeing. we are useing the building for our office/wharehouse. some help would be nice
