I'm a New Member and RE investor..couldn't find anyone in forums. blogs. from My Local Area..I just bought a 3br 1 b rehab property for cash under 35K to hold and rent out...will be doing the rehab myself. I'm just letting investors know there lots of good deals around if they are interested in this area..That's all.
