Thanks!  I am in MD.  After I prototype the cottage I will be looking in western Baltimoe County, Carroll County, and eastern Frederick County for land. I will be looking for enough land for multiple groups of cottages, which I have termed as "Villages", an events pavillion with a commercial kitchen for rent, and space for outdoor events.  Each of the cottages are planed to be off-grid for minimal impact on the land we will be using.  

I am looking to start my business by building an ADU on our property to use to host AirBnB guests. Are there any resources I could access that would give me a roadmap to follow to make this an efficient process?

This ADU will also be the interior prototype for small cottages for a larger Hospitality concept I would like to get off the ground next year, This concept will also involve purchasing land so I will be leaning on the community when it comes to that point.
