I never once indicated we were selling real estate. A lot of conclusions are being jumped to maybe based on how I initially explained it, its fine.... there isn't anything illegal going on. We done broker deals at all. We don't charge anyone anything, in fact we give out grants to homeowners. Ultimately all we do is connect the interested parties and make sure everyone has a complete understanding of what's going on. What ever inquires we get we answer, whether it's regarding paperwork or anything they come up with... thanks for all the input.

well Jay, based on the "discreet" nature in which you typed 'NON' in reference to me working with a non-profit lead me to believe you have some skepticism. That's fine, when we assist homeowners we don't profit from them in any way. We get allocated funds through different programs that we use to assist each client.... when it comes to sub2 agreements, we just link the homeowner to an interested party and make sure all the necessary paperwork is completed.

thanx for your input Shawn.... as a foreclosure specialist I mainly assist clients who are in pre-foreclosure determine what their best options are. We help postpone auction dates and setup short sales. I work for a non-profit so we provide these services for free. However, if we've exhausted all options or if the client wants to break away from the home entirely, the focus would be to structure a sub2 deal... to be honest, I'm a novice when it comes to sub2 deals. You said you gather a list and start calling people, but if many situations are you contacting people who are familiar with the sub2 option or are you calling them, explaining what it is and then they consider it?

Hello Everyone, this is my first post... I'm currently trying to find a way to get leads for home owners who would benefit from doing subject to deals. I'm in Pembroke Pines, Florida(Broward County) and if anyone can lead me in the right direction, it would greatly be appreciated.
