How do I go about getting a mailing list together? Appreciate the response.

I would do either. But I still work a 9-5 in the Bronx. I also lived there for 36 years. I know that area very well. I believe i can oversee a rehab and rent better there. I'm just starting out so I wouldn't rule out my County as well. As long as I can get a good deal.

Hello everyone. I'm finally about to make the move to get started in real estate investing. I'm looking for buy and hold properties in the Bronx (Castle Hill, Throgs Neck, Wakefield, Parkchester areas). I want to buy low, rehab, and rent. Are websites like Realtytrac and List source a good way to start? I will also be on traditional sites like MLS. But I feel that I can find a better deal on other sites. Any advice would greatly help

Hey everyone. I've bee all over this site and read countless books on real estate...and I'm still reading. but I want to take the next step. I'm interested on buy and hold for now. I'm looking for an R.E.I. club that meets in North Jersey or The Bronx. I've checked on line and reached out but no one got back to me. I'm looking to find a mentor there (or here) so I can learn about the business on the front line. I really appreciate the help in advance.
