I currently live in New Jersey we own a triplex and a single family home which we just sold the past 2 months. Looking for anyone to guide us with info, my interest is in the Columbus Ohio market for reason is a land lord friendly compared to NJ any contacts leads will be definitely helpful, We are planning a trip for the next following week Friday 6/25 to 6/28 I will be in Columbus Ohio area just to get a feel for the city . Hello everyone at BP. My name is Damaris I own a sfr free and clear brownstone in Newark,Nj. My interest is buying and holding multifamily properties for the long term. I’m currently shopping for a equity loan to get started on my real estate portfolio. If anyone can advise me with dealing with big banks or small community banks the pros an cons with it.
