Tamaqua and schuylkill county cash flow nicely

 Well I bought a property in schuylkill county 6 years ago for 83k appraisal this spring was over 210k. I did put about 50 into it tho.

I self manage but know a good management company. 

I live here own a few properties. All those things stated seem pretty accurate. Certainly more lively than when I was growing up.

where to start? Have a property listed that an interested buyer from out of state wants to purchase. Problem is they want to sell their home and buy my property but are 3 weeks away from listing. I was thinking that I could do a short term lease purchase contract and collect rent while I wait for them to sell. I don’t want them moving in. More of a holding cost to wait for them to sell in 2 months. Do I need an attorney to draw this up or where can I find an agreement template?

I know a company that is in carbon but can manage in schuylkill. You can dm for the info.

Might be ripe for a cash out refi. Take the cash and buy another property. I think inflation is gonna rise quicker than 2percent so i wouldn’t sell.
