Hello!! would anyone know a great home contractor in east Tennessee area, I’m not sure if that the right terminology?
Hello guys, are there any private short term lenders? Approximately 6-9 month or does somebody know a good certain Lenders? If so could I get a recommendation.

Hello peps! what other routs can I take if I can't get refinanced after doing a BRRRR? In other words how can I get my moneys worth outa the property?

Hello people!, how will I be able to know when the deal is a great vs when it's a pass. I do have knowledge about ARV how would you find out if the house will have a good ARV before I purchase?
