South / South West side of Chicago Meet-up follow-up:

I wanted to follow up with those that could not make the event last Thursday (March 8th). It was a small but powerful turn out. We discussed our current Real Estate experience and a little about what we are currently working on. The event started 6pm and was scheduled for an hour, but some of us stayed until after 10pm discussing real estate and networking. Also had a few glasses of wine, and exchanged contact information. Our next event will be on April 5th, and if you are a Real Estate Investor, looking for Venture Capital/Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Seasoned Investor, or just a Newbie looking to learn more about Real Estate come out and join us on April 5th.

Guys my name is Damone Williams I’m not a new investor but failed so bad my first time investing maybe I should start all over again.After listening to numerous podcast and audio books, I have decided to try and get back out there and try again. Rather than taking “baby steps” … I’m jumping in the pool with both feet.Along with a partner decided to host a Chicago South Side meet-up. This is the first one and hopefully it will be the first of many. It’s an opportunity for like-minded people to talk real estate and exchange experiences.We hope to get both the newbie (like me) and the experienced pro as well.Please let us know if you would like to come out and have a glass of wine (the location is a flower shop that doubles as a wine bar) and talk Real Estate.We hope to see you! Guys my name is Damone Williams I’m not a new investor but failed so bad my first time investing....thought maybe I should start all over again (lol). After listening to numerous podcast and audio books, I have decided to try and get back out there, and try again. Rather than taking “baby steps” … I’m jumping in the pool head first!  I thought the best way to meet like minded Real Estate people would be to host a meet-up(March 8th) ! I live in Chicago, and am hoping to connect other BP members. I'm looking to buy, rehab, rent-out, refinance, repeat! I welcome all advice and encouragement !
