They are individually metered. water should be around 110, sewer 75, garbage 60, for the entire duplex. 

Under Contract for a duplex 

Should I always pick up the cost of the water, sewage, and garbage or is it common to hand off some of these costs to the tenant? Or just add it to the cost of the rent.

I plan on using FHA

In analysing properties do you recommend factoring the PMI in my calculations, knowing I will be able to refinance later to drop off that expense?
