Forgive me for asking an already "asked question" by Matt Jorgensen (and others) ... but would like to see if there's other good suggestions..

Im looking for a recommendation of a good thorough book that covers all aspects of property management. A book that covers negotiating contracts with tenants, relevant laws and issues, applicable software,to learning the necessary construction, maintenance and boiler issues. This includes all types of properties- multifamily,office, industrial, garages etc... Prefer a book that is up to date with current standards methods used in industry.. Thanks all for your input!!
