I'm looking forward to getting started in real estate investing. I'd like to do some house hacking in Fairfield County.

Have you considered multifamily homes in Bridgeport, CT? I'm not super familiar with the various neighborhoods but they are much less expensive than Wilton and surrounding areas. I think I've seen properties for under $220K.
