Great ideas! We are doing simmilar marketing and getting 1/2% or so. We partner with other agents and investors that need funding and help with short sales as well. These methods give us a very steady supply of leads and deals!

I like the AC Trax idea!!
I have used SimpliSafe (http://simplisafe.com) and it is very good! Not bad per month and uses cell signals!

The Naples market has turned to very busy. There are great deals and people are picking them up! Glad to help people in the area and people working on short sales!
