Hi there,

I am looking at probate leads and I would like to connect with probate lawyers. What do you think is the best approach?  I don't think just calling them and saying "Send me business, please!" would work :D.

Thank you,

Hi there! I need an advice.  I am working with an investor from out of state. I found a property that looks really good on paper so far and he wants to buy it. My concern is that I found it on the mls and it's been on the market for 240+ days. The listing agent is an investor himself. I think there is something wrong. A bad deal if you wish. Good deals rarely go on the mls. Do you have any helpful tips on how to investigate? I called the zoning department and I am waiting to hear from someone at comprehensive planning. Thank you

Hi there!

I am truly interested in real estate investing and I do find I lot of info online. The thing is, there are so many resources that it gets a bit confusing. Currently, I am randomly reading articles and e-books trying to get an idea what REI is all about and whether I can/should get into it.

Does anybody of you have a recommendation of top 3 books I should read, top 3 websites I should take a look at? I was also looking for a REI course but at first glance, they all look like scams to me. Any recommendation on a course?

Thank you in advance.

Daniela
