@Julian Michon were in Nashville but moving to gulfshores in a month or so to be closer to the properties.
@Mike Reynolds I’m not a builder at alll. I want to learn and be involved in the project on an intimate level. I don’t want to pay retail for labor and materials.

Are there any Licensed General Contractors in Baldwin County, AL. That’s interested in getting a flat fee to be our GC. We will do a lot of the work as the owners.

@Matt Robinson do I say amen for that advice or what. Wow!!! Execuses or execute the plan. We’re gonna be Flipping our first property in gulf Shores in the next couple days starting on it we would love to have access to some wholesalers how do I find out where the experiences wholesaler are in the gulf Shores area??
