Hi, I work as a Territory Sales Manager B2B for a Fortune Global 300 Company and have recently begun investing in residential flips as a cash partner. Even though I'm comfortable in my company, I'm very disconnected and unsatisfied in my current industry.

I'm looking to shift careers into Commercial Mortgage Underwriting/Processing. What are best courses and certifications to pursue to make myself marketable? Even, if it means starting off in the Residential space.

I've already begun my FL Real Estate Salesperson course with intentions of becoming REALTOR for NAR affiliation so I could pursue the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation over time,

In addition I've come across the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters (NAMU), whom offers some courses and designations (CMMU, CCUP) as well, and am even considering taking MLO license as well.

I don't want to be a nerd and overdue it with courses and designations, but my current resume doesn't support the switch. I don't have experience in the mortgage/lending space (but I'm obsessed with it). I'm willing to invest my time and money in order to launch into a new direction.

My goal is have a career with a reputable company while still investing on the side. Any guidance from the BP family would be greatly appreciated!
