Hey Team,

I am just waiting to close on my first property. It's a 10 unit and I just finished Brandon Turner's book "managing rental properties." In it, he suggests Google Voice. The book was written in 2016 and I am wondering if anyone has better luck with different ones recently. I don't mind paying monthly for more features. I would like a different ringtone for my business line and the ability to set schedules so it will always go to VM outside of business hours.

Thanks guys,

Hey Guys,

I'm pretty new to REI, I only have one 10 unit multi-family, but I want to progress. I am a building contractor by trade so I know my crew and sub-contractor network put me in a good place to flip or fix up properties. Does anyone suggest any good REO/foreclosure sites? It seems they all use old info that is no longer accurate or relevant. I wouldn't even mind paying for a good site, but it seems even the pay sites are equally as useless.
