  1. Hi Nadia!

Congrats on wanting to get into real estate investing! I've been in the game for a while, investing in all sorts of properties (public, private, rentals, commercial, etc.) My real estate income even supports my lifestyle now!

Quick tip you may not have heard yet: don't forget to mix direct rental ownership with public real estate for a better diversified portfolio.
  2. If you have questions, I'm here to help!

  1. Hi there Noah!

Congrats on your real estate investing journey so far!

I've been in the game for a while too, investing in all sorts of properties (public, private, rentals, commercial, etc.) My real estate income even supports my lifestyle abroad.

One thing I'm trying to share with other in the BP community: don't forget to mix direct rental ownership with public real estate for a better diversified portfolio.

If you have questions, I'm here to chat!

  1. Glad to see you're interested in real estate investing Maile!

I've been doing it for over 10 years, from public to private syndications, apartments, and more. Fun fact: my real estate income supports me while I'm living abroad now!

One piece of advice: diversify your portfolio with both public and direct rental ownership.

Happy to chat more about it!

  1. Hey Matt!

Congrats on your into real estate investing success thus far! As someone who's invested in everything from public to private real estate, I can tell you it's a rewarding journey. I'm even living off my real estate portfolio now!

One tip: don't overlook public real estate in favor of direct rental ownership. Both can complement each other and help you diversify your portfolio for more gains.

Let's chat if you want more advice!

Welcome @Taylor Cain

Cool to see your ambition to get that first property! I've been investing in all kinds of real estate (public real estate, private syndications, rentals, apartments, commercial, etc.) for a while now and it still doesn't get old.

I'm actually currently living abroad and income from our real estate portfolio is funding all of our living expenses. Also, I actually just joined the BP platform myself too even though I've been doing this for over 10 years. One piece of advice I'm wanting to share with new and old investors alike is that direct ownership of rentals is great but it's wise not to neglect public real estate ownership as well. The two can work together extremely well together to help build a more diversified portfolio and compounds more quickly.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like to chat more about that!

All the best!
