I’ve got a new construction townhouse community for sale in Central Florida. Very close to a highly rated hospital.

I have several large deals that will need to one large buyer or get split up amongst several. If you or someone you know may be interested, please PM me for details!

I have a general question in regards to some professional opinions on this site. I will be the first to admit that I have looked into a couple of the "guru" programs. At first, I really didn't know. I attended a seminar, sat through the riveting presentation, and at the end, the presenter concluded with "so now it's time to see who's serious, and how many of you just showed up for a free lunch..." i approached the table, and quickly realized i didn't fit either category. Didn't want the meal. Didn't have $5k. So I started looking around the internet and saw dozens more programs. Each equipped with tiered educational packages. Many of which entail signing up friends, family, and others. I won't say anything negative. Multilevel marketing works for a lot of people. But my interest is in real estate. Only recently did I stumble backwards onto this community. If anyone has any guidance or feedback, it is most welcomed. Where did you get your start? How did you learn? When was the right time to make your first moves? Who helped you? I'm reading articles on here in my downtime, and organic explanations from real people will add to the absorption.

Thank you!

@Jared Fletcher

Thank you. We used to live in the 954. And I do miss the coast.

I will certainly pay attention and keep you in mind when the time comes.

@Will Grabert, at the moment I'm in Orlando. The market here is lively. City claims 4th fastest growing in the nation. But as we all know, things change. I certainly don't want to say I'm exclusive to this area, as I've lived all over Florida.

And yes, I also faceplanted. Early 2007 I did everything right. Got licensed as RE Agent, marketed myself, networked. Then the market dove. Back yo the kitchen I went having sold zero properties.

I know many more had it far worse than myself. But lesson learned.

Thank you @Dave Visaya

I appreciate it.

Hello to everyone. My name is Daniel. I'm a husband and father in my late 30's looking to start a new chapter. I recently took a break from a 22 year career in hospitality. I didn't exactly choose culinary, more so, it chose me and I stayed with it. I'm grateful for the facts that I was taught a lifetime of skills, but it is a physically taxing line of work. I've always been drawn to the world of housing and it's many sectors. I feel that's where I would have an opportunity to excel. I also know its up to me to educate myself to locate that opportunity. Even create it, if need be.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. And success to all members here both new and experienced.
