Hello all!  I have a property in North Dakota that I own outright.  I have a tenant, with a new year long lease.  The rent I am collecting is $650, only expenses are tax and insurance, which equal out to $120 combined.  I am looking for a solid private money lender. Comparable properties are valued at about 50K.

Any help is greatly appreciated!  thanks!

Daniel

I own a home outright in Rugby, ND. Comparables 60-80k. I am looking to get a HELOC, it is an investment property. any referrals in that neck of the woods?

I have a house picked out off MLS. Between 50k and 60 purchase price. So lender options limited. It is an investment home. Prefer 20% down if possible. Looking for a recommendation for someone local, preferably a credit union. Thanks! Daniel

Hello! I'm an investor in California, looking to get some fix and flip or buy and hold properties in the Birmingham alabama area. Any recommendations? Thanks. :)
