Hi all!
My wife and I are about to purchase our first STR property and I am looking into tools to help automate/streamline bookings, messaging, monitoring, etc. Any recommendations on companies and why?
Thinking about:
1. PMS
2. Direct Bookings Site
3. Smart lock, temperature, water leak sensor, door/window sensor, external facing cameras.
Anything I'm missing? Appreciate any help I can get.
