My Partner and I are in contract on a deal for a lot of 5 Duplex's and want to bundle the five properties into one Loan.  We are based out of California and the 5 Duplex's are located in Alabama.  All duplexes are currently occupied and we are moving through the inspection period now. 

We are more than comfortable with most terms, and looking for between 70-80% LTV on the total purchase of 253K.

We are under contract to close Mid July, and looking to firm up funding by the end of June.
