Thank you.  I am working with an investor who already owns a lot of vacant land out there.

Would I contact the county of la (unincorporated) to check on permits to develop a park first?  Financing and land have been sorted.  Looking for immediate next steps for set up.  Appreciate your input!

I am a contractor and real estate agent in the Southern California area.  

I've recently met an investor who is interested in developing 35 acres of vacant land into a mobile home park in Lancaster, CA.  Does anyone have any experience in developing one in this area?  We may be looking for some potential partnerships as well.
