Looking for a place where I can get windows and French doors in Dallas Texas. Working on a high end rehab in Preston Hollow area. Any info?

Bandit signs are less expensive. If you are watching your pennies start your bandit signs. This will generate calls for sure. Direct mail can be very expensive for starters. Go for it!

Assuming that his fico score its over 680, I would cash out via conventional loan. 203K its considered an FHA product, so he can not hold two FHA loans at this time if the last loan was expedited in the last 3 years. He will still be subject to DTR. The good thing about FHA products is that a good letter of explanation can help him/her get the loan through.

 A good tenant cleans up after his/her contract expires. I would keep the deposit if the unit does not get rented in two weeks.
