THANK YOU ALL ! Is 3% commission a typical percentage to offer agents or is it typically higher for wholesale deals ? 

how much should I be paying a real estate agent for a partnership and access to the MLS. I know it could be a commission based percentage , flat fee, or combo of both. I am curious to know some of the deals some wholesalers have with their real estate agent.

Okay ! I’ll remember that. We have about 100 leads we’re gonna send out post card first, then follow up with letters every Friday for about 7 weeks.
