Hey All,
How long does it take to get your license number after you pass the state exam.
I'm in Alabama and I must take a post course but I am not able to start the course until I have a license number.
Thanks in advance :)

Hey BP,
I am starting my branding to get clients, customers, and the like. I would like to use the word "realty" in my name. Can I do this without being a realtor ot broker?

Hello all,
I am starting my branding to get clients, customers, and the like. I would like to use the word "realty" in my branding name, is this okay to do? I am in the state of Alabama and not a realtor or broker (yet :) ) and haven't found a law that says there is an issue with it. Any insight from you guys would be helpful.

Hello BP,
I am less than 25 hours away from taking the state exam. I am aware that upon completion I must find a broker to hang my license. Once the process is complete I will be required to pay dues and fees. Are these fees due immediately? Or can they be taken from my first commission check?
Is there a way to get funding (angel investor) to help pay for the dues and fees for new agents?
