@Pamela Sandberg Thanks so much Pamela! As a flight attendant myself, having a crash pad might work perfectly! If I have any questions I will definitely be in contact! Take care and thanks again.

@Tim Simmons Thanks Tim! I agree with you on condos. Not the best investment.

@Quito Keutla Hi Quito. I love the idea of buying a house with a MIL with a separate entrance. There are so many options with that. Thank you for all your help and advice!!

@Chris Ranch I’ve really considered buying a house close to the airport and renting it out as a crash pad for airline crew. I know many flight attendants that do this and make a lot of money on their properties. I know that condos are not a great investment and I think my emotions got caught up in something that I’d want to live in. That isn’t my main goal, so I need to just stay focused on multi family housing or a house with a mother-in-law so I can live in half and rent out the other or do the crash pad thing. I’m working with a lender from Caliber Homes and I have a realtor too. THANK YOU for all your help and advice, I really appreciate it!

@Tim Simmons Hi Tim! What is a good market to look in? Arizona? Nevada? I know that there are cheaper or get out there but is it hard to manage at a state property? Or do you hire a property manager?

@Brandon Vukelich Hi Brandon! Thanks for all your advice. How do I afford a 4-plex or multi family home bigger than a duplex? Everything I see is well above what I was pre approved for.
